Balkan Brats - Pasture-Raised Midwest Pork, 1lb

These brats are inspired by the Balkan tradition of ćevapi—a staple across regions like Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and my own heritage, Croatia.

Ćevapi are traditionally hand-formed minced meats grilled over open flame, known for their simplicity, bold flavor, and deep cultural roots. We’ve taken that same spirit—clean meat, balanced spice, fire-forward cooking—and translated it into a brat format that fits seamlessly into your grill lineup.

This isn’t fusion.

Grill over open flame until fully cooked with a light char.

Serve alongside:

• Ajvar (roasted red pepper spread-get it here)
• Fresh bread or flatbread
• Raw onion or simple cucumber salad
