These brats are inspired by the Balkan tradition of ćevapi—a staple across regions like Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and my own heritage, Croatia.
Ćevapi are traditionally hand-formed minced meats grilled over open flame, known for their simplicity, bold flavor, and deep cultural roots. We’ve taken that same spirit—clean meat, balanced spice, fire-forward cooking—and translated it into a brat format that fits seamlessly into your grill lineup.
