Please note: this will be stamped “NOT FOR RESALE” because this is a farm direct sale. Funds get distributed directly to Svela Farms. This is the same USDA stamped meat we have at a farm-direct cost savings. When the USDA stamp is not used, it cannot be sold in stores and is much more affordable. 
Cases are stored at the USDA processing warehouse and will be picked up once per week (Wednesday morning).
